Privacy policy
Effective from 3 October 2026. The Polish version is the binding one.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Katarzyna Sławińska-Kocot, Energia Życia, Kampinos 5, 32-031 Włosań, Poland. Contact on data matters: drzewozycia33@gmail.com, phone +48 502 648 933.
2. What this website collects
The website sends no data to a server and uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools. The “Book a session” form only opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message — you send it yourself, from your own app.
The website is served by Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery network), which automatically processes technical connection data, such as your IP address and the time of the visit — to keep the website running and secure.
3. When we process your data
Only when you contact us yourself — by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. We then process the data you give us (e.g. your name, phone number, message, preferred date) to reply, book a class or treatment and provide it.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering into a contract and its performance) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — replying to messages and keeping the website secure). Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply or book a date.
4. Who may receive the data
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp; that service’s privacy terms then apply.
- Google (Gmail) — if you write to our gmail.com address.
- Cloudflare — the hosting and content delivery provider, for technical connection data. Cloudflare may also process this data outside the European Economic Area (including in the USA) under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
5. How long
For as long as needed for contact and for running classes or treatments, then for the period required by law or until any claims become time-barred.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). For anything, write or call — contact details are in section 1.
